What are the strategies of conflict resolution in business organization?

The strategy that has worked for me is to help the parties to the conflict find a common ground that is more important to them than the aspect of their business around which the conflict occurs. When that is done, trust will re-emerge in the relationship and they will see the errors in their assumptions that are at the root of their the conflict.

Both parties must be willing to invest in a resolution. The conversation is best conducted away from the place of conflict and facilitated by a third party, usually an HR person or an outside consultant. To ensure the resolution works beyond the duration of the high usually generated in this conversation and to help the parties replace old habits with new behaviors, routine coaching is recommended after this intervention.
